- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 27 February 2018Well worth buying, especially if diabetic as really good info on control and diet. I am not diabetic but it makes you aware of the dangers of being over weight. Really tasty food and lots of achievable variety.

3.0 out of 5 stars Great content, poorly executed
Content is great and I have a lot of confidence in CSIROs scientific approach. Its just a shame that they didn't put the extra effort into utilising the full capabilities of the E-book format. Can't use the table of contents, book marks or anything. It would also be great if the text included hyperlinks to different sections of the book, because the nature of it is that you need to jump back and forth a lot. Hopefully a revision will come out soon, better still an app that creates shopping lists for you.
My advice - By the hard copy
