    This is a book by Martin Noutch, the author of the Steam Highwayman gamebooks. This resource is intended for teaching school children to write interactive fiction with a branching narrative. It comes with a selection of maps and even a partially completed adventure. Instructions are provided for teachers on how to use the resource in the classroom, in an engaging and stimulating way. It could help the next generation of gamebook writers on their path to adventure. Certainly, the genre is alive and well, with a host of new gamebooks including Martin's now being self-published and often very well funded though Kickstarters. Much more worthwhile and rewarding than staring at pixels moving around a screen, come on kids, get writing!
