    The media could not be loaded.
    Packed full of useful information including a 12 month and 6 month daily/weekly section this book is fantastic for giving you the tools to navigate your mental health.
    There is so much in this workbook which has helped me to recognise why I feel like I do and it has given me the ability to think and understand myself a lot more.
    I would highly recommend.
