The case study examples are recent, insightful and relatable. The way the book is structured with "key takeaways" from each chapter enabled me to dip in and out of the book as and when I needed to.

It's certainly given me food for thought on what contributes to a toxic culture, the huge influence that positive, empathetic and empowering leadership can have, and how to achieve success n terms of embedding a positive culture.
