I liked the honest manner in which Rachel writes about herself and her experience dealing with culture change in both a theoretical and practical way. The case study examples are recent, insightful and relatable. The way the book is structured with "key takeaways" from each chapter enabled me to dip in and out of the book as and when I needed to.

I found this an insightful and inspirational read from someone who clearly has an in-depth understanding of workplace cultures both good and bad. It's certainly given me food for thought on what contributes to a toxic culture, the huge influence that positive, empathetic and empowering leadership can have, and how to achieve success n terms of embedding a positive culture.
