The aim of this self-help book is to equip you with ways of coping with the stresses of daily and modern life. The skill of coping under pressure enables you to live your life to your full potential and to be 'the writer of your own story', as well as 'the manifestor of your own dreams'. I have included a set of routines that I developed in the last twenty years. Combining the knowledge that I have gained in my quest for ways to naturally cope with my own stress, being that I am autistic and prone to anxiety. My hope is that it will enrich your life as much as it has mine. * Now with a new cover. Also available without photos.
Review: ‘5.0 out of 5 stars Really inspiring book!I like to consider myself a seasoned new-age seeker, and I thought that this book would be sort of a review of what I already knew. Boy, was I wrong! I learned so much from this book that inspired me the moment after I finished it! I went outside to find a tree to introduce myself to, connect with, and touch. I also began looking for rocks on the ground to pick up and hold to connect with their energy.I could tell that the author put a great deal of research into what she was writing about, and her passion for "elementation" (new word for me) was so inspiring!During these uncertain times having another tool to help you cope with stress and fear is always welcome! This book encourages you to look at what's all around you and tap into the healing energy just waiting to help you with anxiety, depression, and stress.I'm so grateful for what I've learned in this book and I hope others get just as much out of it as I did!We need to collectively heal to help shift the world towards more peace, love, and compassion. This book shows you how.’

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 28 May 2020'Hug a tree- Elementation' is a beautiful spiritual and psychological book, a result of long and hard efforts that Lotous had to undergo until now.
Its comprehensive though deep meaning language introduces and instructs the reader to the technique of meditation in all its forms- a true surprise for me!
Her intimate connection with all elements of the nature- from where she takes her joy and energy, is the centre of her healing intent. Even the title resumes it.
The pictures contained are well chosen and aligned with the message throughout.
I can say that by reading it, I felt lots more harmonious and fulfilled with myself. Through her I could reaffirm Nature as the greatest friend, companion, that humans should and can have.
