SHADES OF LOVE : A journey of self hate to self love Kindle Edition

5.0 5.0 out of 5 stars 1 rating

To realize that being self-loving is not about comparing oneself to others or one's achievements outside of oneself. It is about loving and embracing oneself for who you are, no matter what happens outside of you.

Aarti and Priya made the decision to go off on a joint path of self-awareness and self-love as a result of their chat. By being kind, forgiving, and understanding towards themselves, they began to practice self-compassion. They emphasized their advantages and honored all of their accomplishments, no matter how modest. They confronted their unfavorable ideas and replaced them with uplifting statements.
They also prioritized taking care of themselves. They made the time to do things that made them happy and relaxed. By establishing limits and taking pauses when necessary, Aarti started to achieve balance in her life. Priya kept using her imagination and found satisfaction in her work.

Aarti and Priya sensed a change in their outlook and general well-being as they progressed on their adventure. They developed greater self-assurance, resiliency, and self-worth. They came to see that loving oneself was a continuous process of development and acceptance rather than a goal to be attained.
Those around them were motivated by their metamorphosis as well. Friends and relatives were impressed by Aarti and Priya's enthusiasm and optimism as well as the wonderful changes they had undergone. They began sharing their experiences and the value of self-love with others, promoting the idea of compassion and self-acceptance.
In the end, Aarti and Priya learned that self-love was something that came from inside rather than something that could be acquired or gained. They came to understand that just by virtue of their being, they were deserving of love and pleasure. They learned from their experience that practicing self-love is a lifetime endeavor, and they made a commitment to keep loving and accepting themselves with kindness and compassion.
Aarti and Priya showed via their example that self-love and self-compassion are potent forces for happiness and personal development. They demonstrated how they were able to alter their lives and encourage others to do the same by recognizing and combating self-hatred, engaging in self-care, and surrounding themselves with supportive people. Their experience serves as a reminder that loving oneself is not selfish but rather essential to one's happiness and fulfilment.
