Brilliant book about buyer psychology
This is a book about marketing and buyer psychology that will make you laugh, inspire you and make you wonder why you haven't already implemented all the useful strategies Kenda talks about. It's easy to read and presented in a way that makes you want to take action. Love that there are key takeaways at the end of each chapter. Brilliant book - well done Kenda!

    This is such a great book. It lives on the shelf just behind my desk and I dip into it often.

    If you want to know more about buyer psychology – and why wouldn't you, if you're a business owner with something to sell? – this book is a must-read. It's insightful, easy to read, and full of action points and stories and examples. Highly recommended.

    Loved this book. The word "hack" implies tricking someone to do something, but this book is about giving customers a great experience. Kenda says, "Your customers are all special: treat them as such."

    If automation is your game, this book is a must! I got through an entire packet of coloured tags bookmarking key takeaways that I want to implement in my marketing efforts :)
